Technical Product Owner - Rapid Deployment

Over the last five years in the Improvement, Systems and Technology group we have been evolving our delivery approach to be agile at scale.
We have an opportunity for a talented Technical Product Owner to join our Rapid Deployment team which services the design, build, and run of systems to meet the demands of our rapidly changing environment.
We are pursuing this function to be across the Oracle Application Express and IBM BPM/BAW and ODM platforms and products to support and transform how workflow, task management, rules and system driven business processes are managed within MSD.
You will have a strong interest and practice in:
   » Leading, growing and developing a team of technical business analysts, developers, and test analysts.
   » A strong knowledge and knowledge of scrum and agile software development methodologies, tools and previous project delivery management practice
   » Facilitating and participating in planning with the capability to define and prioritise product backlogs across multiple portfolio streams and competing priorities
   » Hands-on technical and development expertise
   » A clear knowledge around architecture, service design and process development with the capability to influence change using a strategic and planned approach
   » Managing and co-ordinating the delivery of business value and products from conception to release into production for both Agile Release Trains and Development Operations
   » Confident in Identifying risks, trends and areas for improvement, whist providing practical advice and solutions to ensure business needs are met within timeframes
   » An effective communication style with the capability to build strong working relationships, having built a foundation of trust in our products with both internal and external stakeholders.
   » practice with delivery of software in large government organisations will be beneficial
   » Knowledge and practice with IBM Business Process Management/Business Automation Workflow (BPM/BAW) and Operational Decision Manager (ODM) and Oracle Application Express (APEX), cloud-located solutions, integration patterns and platforms preferred
   » practice in interconnecting a wide variety of systems, applications, and technologies, such as Enterprise Systems (CMS, ERP, CRM) and Channel applications (webapps, mobile, desktop systems of engagement
