The mental health and addiction component will involve scoping, planning and project managing quality improvement projects using robust project management methodology with a particular focus on equity. The ACP component of the function has a focus on shared goals of care implementation in aged residential care and for people in the community with complex health needs. To be prosperous in this key function, you will need to have excellent communication and writing expertise and: » prosperously manage quality improvement projects at a senior level, including managing multiple tasks and priorities » proactively plan, coordinate and monitor programme and project activity » have an knowledge of a range of quality improvement and co-design methodologies and their application » have an knowledge of Te Ao Maori worldview, and apply this to your work » the capability to manage ambiguity and be flexible, agile and responsive.
