Job Opportunity: Customer Engagement Business Partner:ACC_hainesJob description:Job DescriptionWe’ve got a new opportunity in our team for an emotionally smart, humble, and hungry Engagement Partner, to help us better communicate and engage with the 535,000 businesses of Aotearoa.Our purpose at ACC is to improve lives every day. Your function will help us deliver this purpose, by partnering with key internal stakeholders to improve the way we engage with the half a million businesses across Aotearoa who pay an ACC levy and work with us to manage workplace injuries and improve workplace health and safety. You will be a senior member of the Customer Partnerships team, which acts as the front door to the wider engagement team. You will partner with senior leaders to understand their business problems – and identify the highest-impact priorities for the wider communications and marketing team to take on and get delivered. This will require you to develop and maintain positive relationships that enable you to push back when requests for support conflict with high-impact initiatives delivering the greatest value for our customers. As such, you come into your own when influencing others, building cross-functional relationships, and balancing priorities among different teams. You’ll be confident in knowledge and aligning your work with business strategy and talking to senior leaders across the business who work together to deal with business problems. You’ll be able to articulate the function that engagement, marketing and communications has in ensuring customer results are met. You will be a senior marketing communications practitioner who brings practice of leading project teams, and will play a key mentoring and coaching function for our team of communications and engagement senior advisors and advisors.
