Open Studios Summer Residency 2022-2023
Call out for artists to apply for the annual Open Studios Summer Residency at The Rotorua Arts Village.

This year the residency will have four available spots open to artists all over Aotearoa New Zealand.
Artists will be able to submit their Application from 12th october 2022 , with applications closing 3pm Tuesday November 8th 2022.
The Residency is a seven week programme, giving the lucky artists their own space and funds to create art in our studios. From the 13th December to the 1st February 2023, artists will create art, engage with our community and showcase their creativity to Rotorua. The residency culminates in a 5 week long exhibition in mid February that showcases the amazing art they made during their time at the Village.
