You will have a strong background in managing relationships across both financial and non-financial stakeholders, with a view to collaborate and utilise your technical practice to ensure comprehensive and effective results for the Ministry’s finance function. Key Job responsibilities: » Support Project Managers through providing timely, quality and accurate financial advice. » Build new projects in the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) while ensuring that budgets are accurately recorded and project costs align with accounting policies. » contact with Project Managers and Management staff where necessary regarding findings when preparing monthly variance analysis. » Produce financial reports for individual projects and overall capital expenditure, whilst analysing completed projects for capitalisation and closure. » Support Management and Strategic Finance to provide exceptional information to the CFO and SLT through production of thorough financial reports and development of advice relating to financial policies and procedures. » Engage in the development within systems to support capital planning and prioritisation processes with a view to roll out to stakeholders where appropriate. » Raise Capabilities of Project Managers to meet the organisations financial requirements in relation to its key projects. Key Requirements: » CA Qualification or Equivalent. » 3+ years practice in a management accounting or project accounting position within a large/complex organisation. » practice with stakeholder management across financial and non-financial stakeholders.
