You will have a strong background in working with multiple data sources and systems to maintain monthly management accounts while effectively managing relationships within internal and external stakeholders. Key Job responsibilities: » superviseing the project lifecycles business planning and budget management to ensure Information technology meets the current and future needs of the programme. » Support in the preparation of annual budgets, re-forecasts, periodic reconciliation of budgets to external funding sources and baseline updates. » Undertake monthly forecast reviews with the delivery teams to ensure accurate forecasts of capital expenditure. » Support management through providing robust and timely information on the programme and project performance while ensuring the capital reporting meets the needs of the stakeholders. » Seek efficiencies within the system and processes with a view to improve the financial management, information and services of the programme. » Contribute to ad-hoc projects as directed by management. » Ensure capitalisation policy and capital works finance procedures are implemented consistently across the programme. » Raise Capabilities of Project Managers to meet the organisations financial requirements in relation to its key projects. Key Requirements: » CA Qualification or Equivalent. » 3+ years practice in a management accounting or project accounting position within a large/complex organisation. » practice with stakeholder management across financial and non-financial stakeholders.
