We are pursuing a Change Manager  to work across a number of complex enterprise Information technology projects to provide leadership abilities and skills in Change Management.
As a Change Manager you will create the change management strategy, coordinate and assist with the delivery and execution of the deliverables of the change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed:
   » Provide skills and guidance around the analysis, development and execution of training plans for assigned projects
   » Solid expertise of change management frameworks and techniques, with the capability to adapt and apply them as the situation requires
   » broad communications and training, coaching practice, demonstrated capability to develop clear communications, captivating presentations and engaging training content
   »
   » User practice advocate, excellent at working with people, have the perfect balance of empathy, resilience and drive to deliver
   »
   » Be comfortable presenting to and working with stakeholders at all levels, with the capability to adapt your style to suit the audience
   »
   » practice working in a cross functional team and doing what Information technology takes to achieve results whether that be the delivery of new capcapability or supporting existing functions
