The friendly team here at Beachcomber Lodge can help! As we work closely with the local farmers here in the Far North. We are looking for a few people. This job we recommend you have a vehicle. When applying, Please ensure you have all Correct and Current information needed. We encourage that you stay on and work the full set of weeks required by your employer. You will work Monday to Friday as required by the farmer, about 30 hours a week is to be expected. Starting date is in about 2 weeks, so get in quick. If selected you will be needing to arrive on site a day early to organise your paperwork for the farm. Job will be about planting and picking sweet corn, kumara and watermelons. Priority will be given to those who have vehicles and are willing to help others get to work, so please include this if you can For accommodation you will and must stay at the Beachcomber Lodge and Backpackers in our Seasonal House $22.85 per person per day, so the will be rent $160 a week (7 days). We do not allow people to stay in their vans due to council regulations. The Beachcomber Lodge and Backpackers is located in the Kaitaia township & we're only 20 minutes away from 90 Mile Beach. We have FREE Wifi, clean facilities, a large communal kitchen, BBQ area and our very own Maori Marae onsite. MOST importantly we have a friendly team who want to make your stay a happy and safe one!
