Education AdministratorJob location:Wellington Wellington Central Work Type: Permanent » » » »Monday – Friday (Central Location) »WFH options »income upto $58K If you are looking to gain practice and expertise in building partnerships, contributing to project management and process improvements in a constantly changing environment then look no further! tasks: • Contributing towards projects, policies, and training programmes. • Create and maintain electronic records. • Provide high level secretariat services. • Coordinate, attend and facilitate meetings for allocated committees. • Prepare agendas and briefs, produce minutes and draft reports. • Carry out other tasks as required by the Senior Executive agent. • Work with committees to ensure members are adequately trained. expertise & practice: • Excellent written and oral communication expertise. • capability to build excellent relationships with external and internal stakeholders. • Proficiency in MS Office • significant tertiary qualifications in a related field preferred. • practice in similar function. • capability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
