We are currently recruiting for an practiced Payroll Advisor, for a Senior position. Run end-to-end Payroll for 700 salaried and 200 waged staff using PayGlobal, on a fortnightly basis.
tasks Include:
   » Processing of hires, terminations, IRD, ACC claims and all other required deductions
   » End-to-end processing of salaried and waged pay to 800+ employees, using PayGlobal
   » Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee and pay data
   » contact with internal and external stakeholders regarding pay queries and issues
   » Work as part of an Human Resources Team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payruns
Desired practice:
   » 5+ years practice as a Payroll Advisor, or running end-to-end pay for a large/medium organisation (preferably public sector)
   » Previous practice using PayGlobal, or another similar system, with a good capability to hit the ground running with new technology
   » Sound knowledge of NZ employment legislation, with a good capability to apply this to BAU situations
   » A collaborative working style, with a good capability to stick to deadlines and contact with stakeholders
