Technology People Leader
As a Technology People Leader, you will be responsible for a group of people with a broad and diverse range of expertise and practice focusing on their development and wellbeing ensuring they get the support they require, and that their care is balanced with delivery.
As a Technology People Leader, you will:
   » Be an advocate for people's safety, welfare, and health.
   » Coach, mentor, and support people to reach their career potential.
   » Develop in collaboration with other Technology People Leads a medium to long term workforce strategy.
   » Lead recruitment, on-boarding, and Induction.
   » Ensure all required financial and people records are maintained for compliance and audit purposes.
   » Lead and facilitating performance improvement processes for individuals.
You will have:
   » Previous practice leading people or have been in a function influencing and guiding people.
   » practice in leading all levels of performance and behaviours conversations.
   » Previous practice in coaching and mentoring.
   » Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation expertise.
   » Excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written.
