The Board has created a new single leadership abilities position of CEO/Artistic Director and seeks to appoint a highly practiced and energetic arts leader to lead the next phase of artistic, economic and precinct development. The CEO/Artistic Director will be a collaborative leader who will develop a dynamic partnership with artists, staff, Board and stakeholders, providing inspiring strategic and cultural leadership abilities, excellent philanthropic and commercial results, and sophisticated stakeholder management. This senior national function requires broad knowledge of the arts, high-level organisational expertise and an innate knowledge of the balancing act required to simultaneously achieve great artistic and financial results. Leading and developing a talented and committed team, the CEO/Artistic Director will ensure the highest standards of delivery are met, ensuring Brisbane Powerhouse's program is as sustainable as Information technology is compelling, whilst always having an eye over the horizon.
