Centralised Services Ellerslie Unit (CSEU) Several Fixed Term contracts ending June 2023 located in our busy Ellerslie unit, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that clients receive their full and correct entitlements through the completion of their 6 monthly and annual reviews. From time to time you’ll make outbound phone calls to clients to gather information to ensure that reviews are completed prosperously. Youth Service Support Unit (YSSU) Mangere 1x Permanentand several Fixed Term contracts ending June 2023 In the YSSU team, you’ll be providing inbound and outbound phone support for our community partners and clients.You’ll work closely with contracted community-located providers to provide financial support for Rangatahi and vulnerable youth, who are primarily transitioning from care to independence. Our approach is one of collaboration with external stakeholders and active engagement with clients to gain a comprehensive view of their circumstances.This ensures you are able to provide the right information and support to clients. About you » You are professional, energetic, and able to interact and negotiate with a variety of clients over the phone while maintaining a customer service focus. » Driven and determined to succeed you enjoy delivering results and are flexible and agile in your approach to work. » You are confident working with financial information and can accurately calculate and enter information into computer systems. » You enjoy quality conversations and can demonstrate a history of providing clients or customers a positive practice on the phone. » You work efficiently, accurately and can make good decisions – taking ownership of your work and contributing to team performance. » Quick to navigate your way around multiple Information technology systems you also have an eagerness to lgain and desire for self-improvement. » You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where busy is the norm.
