You will receive full, first class training, including – shadowing and working alongside practiced staff. What you will do... The kitchen is where the MAGIC happens in our LUXURY LODGE. Working as part of our kitchen team, tasks will include the preparation and cooking of everyday changing breakfast, lunch and dinner menus for our discerning guests. tasks include: » keeping the kitchen clean and completing everyday tasks as per cleaning roster » washing up of all pots, pans and dishes » basic food preparation & storing of delivery’s as required by shift leader » And ensuring that health, safety and hygiene is maintained at the highest possible level. What you will bring... The prosperous candidate will be flexible, have a can do attitude, work well in a high pressure environment and want to push their career further. In addition, you will likely have some practice working in hospitality and or a fine dining restuarant. You must also be flexible and willing to work weekends.
