Commis Chef function: » Previous practice is preferable, » Associate’s degree, diploma, or certification in culinary arts is advantageous. » Hard-working, efficient and multitasking, » A availability to lgain from our chefs with a can-do attitude is preferred. » A passion for working in a kitchen » The capability to work under pressure. » Excellent organizational expertise. » Effective communication expertise. As this is a small team all chefs are required to help with cleaning of the kitchen when required as well as prep work. We would prefer someone who can start as soon as possible.
