This will be achieved by: • further development and management of Health & Safety systems and procedures • regular review of the operational safety systems • continued development of staff health and safety skills and competence The function will involve strategy and planning, investigations, people management, stakeholder management, audits and coaching. Key Job responsibilities: * Active participation in strategy * Coaching leaders * Support development of the safety plan * Wellness programme * Risk management * Stakeholder engagement * Reporting * Investigations and audits * Training The function will provide strategic direction and leadership abilities to teams by assisting them to understand the needs of the organisation and mobilising them to achieve desired results.
