We are seeking for intermediate Helpdesk or Service Desk professionals for multiple functions on Auckland's North Shore.  You will have need to have previous practice in a similar function and be able to hit the ground running.
You will work as part of a busy team supporting national internal and external clients, so you will be able to problem solve their technical issues and work towards Service Level Agreements.
These contracts have the potential to be extended, and are standard business hours during Monday - Friday.
To be considered you must have:
   » Proven customer service expertise
   » Excellent communication expertise - both written and verbal
   » ITIL expertise
   » Active Directory practice
   » Previous Service Desk or Helpdesk practice
