this function sits within a market leading business and house hold name, in the Channel Sales Team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with key channel partners. This will involve proactively getting in front of channel partners and end users with a friendly face and great product knowledge.
 
The right person for this function is very much personality located. You will need to be someone who is socially engaging, friendly, and very well presented. You will enjoy a management style that is located on trust and provides a friendly relaxed office environment. Your commitment to your function and your integrity and genuine enjoyment of the team and your business partners, will see you prosperously reaching easily achievable (non-sales related) KPI’s. The function is made up of approx. 90% Account Management and a very small component of business development, that comes from warm leads generated from within the team.
 
Sales practice is ideal, but not a deal breaker for someone who has a drive and interest in sales, though very much in a relationship located, established environment. The function is broken down into base (circa $60k) car and tools of the trade, and an easily achievable $25k commission structure.
 
You will be very well supported and well trained with product knowledge, and enjoy a corporate team of people who are well established in the business – offering you a very reliable management who will ensure you are very well equipped with the right knowledge and information to be prosperous. This organisation prides itself in being family friendly and offers a very balanced and highly professional (yet down to earth) work environment. This position requires a ‘doer’ who will do as they say, and be very committed to best results.
