Feel free to start any date in October as we are flexible. Come 2.5hrs north of Auckland and work leading up to Christmas (usually finished 15th December) with quick access to great beaches, lakes & mountains to enjoy. Great working conditions where staff can gain & save alot of money to then travel over the summer. Many backpackers return for our harvesting season Feb - April. Staff must enjoy the outdoors and like to work as part of a great team in a positive environment. You will need to be available to work Monday - Fridays 8am-5pm and some Saturdays 9-3pm. You will need to be honest, reliable, physically fit and strong, with training given on the job. The work can be mundane at times, and is in dusty, dirty conditions. The work involves cutting and sorting plants, and planting the cuttings. We have awesome facilities to use for staff with a van.
