Take a greenfields approach to establishing a future focused, behavioural intervention practice for ACC.
We want to ensure that all people in New Zealand receive the support they need to avoid injury and manage their own well-being.
Our Integrity Enablement Manager, will play a critical function in this mahi, with this significant opportunity to influence behavioural results at a systemic level – to operate at a deeper, broader, scale within the ACC community and sector agencies.

The opportunity

The key focus areas:
   » Form a cohesive enablement strategy that integrates the functional Integrity inputs, and unifies the engagement opportunities for the benefit for customers and stakeholders
   » Evolve current practice of foundational behavioural nudges aimed at correcting current behaviours, toward incentivising future desired behaviours
   » prosperously deliver a behavioural intervention learning pilot, to an identified organisational problem, that provides insight for change, stimulating further investment
   » Establish a community of practice and a measurement framework that demonstrates the collective benefits emerging from this opportunity
What you might need to be prosperous:
   » A passionate believer; a champion of values and a model leader of an ethical, integrity-located culture, with a particular emphasis on building growth mindsets, and encouraging curiosity and innovation
