The function would largely involve budgeting, forecasting, reporting and providing financial analysis in order to achieve the long term business plan. The function will require someone who can work independently and adapt quickly to change. Responsibilities » Analyse and drive financial performance and provide insights to operations and the management team » Cost modelling and other financial modelling support » Monitoring progress against business plans, business case,projects, budget and forecasts. » Support for completing month-end processes and accrual journals » Provide accurate and timely management reports, board reports and any follow up work Requirements » Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a business related field. » Threes years of accounting practice » practice in MA or a Corporate Accounting function would be advantageous » Not-for-profit practice would be ideal This is a great opportunity to develop your career and work alongside some practiced professionals to gain exposure across different aspects of the organisation, whilst being compensateed with a supportive team and workplace environment in Wellington.
