I am currently recruiting for two Senior Payroll Contractors, to hit the ground running in a Payroll Team during an extremely busy period. Assist the team running end-to-end Payroll for more than 12,500 employees.
tasks Include:
   » End-to-end Payroll, ensuring quality and accuracy of entered data, correct calculations and final pay approvals
   » Use and assist with issue correction across the SAP system, along with assistance across lower-level system updates
   » Apply NZ Payroll legislation to BAU situations, with confidence to give full and correct advice around the Holidays Act
   » Act as a voice of practice and reason across all pay queries, SAP related queries and legislative issues
practice Required:
   » 5-6 years practice across Payroll BAU, with an capability to hit the ground running in a new environment
   » Strong expertise of various Payroll systems, with practice in SAP desired
   » Good expertise of NZ Payroll legislation, with the capability to answer queries located around BAU calculations
   » Confidence to pick up new systems, business processes and mentor others, on the fly
