As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our Outreach and Pathways teams. The Outreach team provides invaluable support to our clients based in hospitals, while the Pathways team evaluates eligibility for new clients entering our services. Through collaboration with stakeholders both within and outside the organization, you will champion service delivery improvements and ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients.
