SAP Production SupportLocation Manukau & East AucklandAuckland Job type Temporary Salary 40 to 42 Category Transport, Shipping, Logistics > Warehouse & Distribution » » » Our client is based in Otahuhu and is seeking an individual with great communication skills and a keen attention to detail with previous SAP experience for the position of SAP Production Support. Role Responsibilities » Assist production and planning by maintaining SAP records and updating raw materials, intermediate, and/or finished goods inventories, as appropriate. » Maintain SAP records and update raw materials, intermediate, and finished goods inventories. » Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with the cycle counting team. » Utilize the SAP system to accurately maintain and TECO process orders in preparation for month-end closing. » Perform clerical duties necessary to reconcile and timely submit all necessary month-end inventories to planning and finance team » Required SAP transactions for updating of records include COID, ZPP02, COWBHUWA, COPAWA, COR2,COR6, CORS, MIGO (101, 102, 261,262,531 and 532), LT04, VL32N, LT03, LT10, LT12, LX02 and LS24. » Confirming our Production Finished Goods Count and consuming assigned materials in a timely manner. About the Role » Shift is Monday through Friday between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with a total of 30 hours per week » Hourly Wage is $40 to $42 per hour with weekly pay » This would be a temporary role till the end of December reporting to the Production Supervisor within a Manufacturing Warehouse About You » Must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit. » Strong understanding and use of SAP required » Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to ensure accurate record-keeping » Excellent communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with other departments and team members » Ability to work independently and as part of a team as required.
