Administration AssistantLocation ChristchurchCanterbury Job type Full Time Salary 24 to 24 Category Administration > Administration » Mon - Fri Dayshift » immediate start » $24 per hour About the role: » Manage and oversee the end to end process in regards to procure to pay at contract level; » Generate, process and receipt purchase orders as requested in Ariba or SAP where required; » Customer/ Work Order Management » Create, maintain and close work orders as required. » Attend major customer's monthly meeting. » Set up new customer, raising invoices and follow up payments. » Payroll » Manage and coordinate timesheet data in order to meet payroll deadlines; » Other Administrative tasks » Travel bookings » Order PPE/Office supplies To thrive in this role you will have: » Basic software knowledge (e.g. Microsoft Word & Excel) » A keen eye for detail » A high level of concentration » Excellent communication skills and a fantastic attitude » Ability to work independently and proactively » 3 years expereicne in a similar role If this sounds like you apply NOW or call us on 03 341 5846 at Adecco if you have any questions.
