Our client is a leader in delivering some of the most significant national and international infrastructure projects. This position is based out at the new Waikeria Prison site so you will need to be able to drive yourself to site as no drop offs or work ins are permitted. They are looking for 2 x site labourers with the following attributes to add to their team: » Hard working and physically fit » Good work ethic » Able to pass a drug test - every time! » Reliable transport and Driver licence » High levels of initiative and personal responsibility » Traffic Control ticket would be advantageous (CPB will look to pay for this for right people) » Able to work Monday - Saturday. Term of contract is 18 months - 2 years. Duties of the role will include but not be limited to: » Moving furniture » Drilling and assembly of furniture fittings » Using pallet jacks » General construction labouring » Labouring will be between hours of 8am - 4.30pm and from 4.30pm - 6.30pm you will be the boom gate operator/traffic control. When operating the boom gate you will be sitting in a car letting 3 cars through, waiting until they are around the corner then letting 3 more cars through This is your chance to join an experienced crew, receive an excellent pay rate of $27 per hour and there is certainly the potential for ongoing opportunities.
