About the function:

The main tasks for this function will be to lead a team of highly skilled outbound sales agents in a target driven contact centre environment.

tasks will include:
   » Leading and developing of the inhouse sales team
   » Reaching set sales targets
   » Maximise all sales opportunities
   » Provide superior customer service and follow-up
   » Ensuring that each team member meets their personal KPI's
About you:
   » this function will suit a strong, target driven sales leader
   » A minimum of 3 years' practice in managing a sales team essential
   » You need to be driven, enthusiastic, have excellent communication and computer expertise with a strong desire for your team to succeed
   » You need a proven track record in meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
   » Not afraid to have hard conversations with the team in an empathetic and motivational way when required
