   » Work with our Operations, Policy and Intelligence functions to generate actionable data driven insights and intelligence to help protect New Zealand businesses from being used by criminals and terrorism financers.
As one of Government's larger regulators, Regulatory Services aims to minimise harm and maximise benefits through effective oversight of Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing Terrorism, Gambling and Digital Safety regulatory systems. We are a responsive risk-located regulator that uses innovation and collaboration to maximise our impact to achieve desired results for New Zealand communities.
As aSenior Advisor Engagement and Innovation, you'll be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and reporting entities across the AML system and have a good knowledge of what success looks like from their viewpoint, so you and the team can design solutions to bring those results to life. When Information technology comes to executing the work, you will have the support of the broader team, which will include content creators, digital marketers, media engagement specialists and brand professionals. However, you'll need to be motivated and energised by rolling-up your own sleeves and getting stuck into the doing.
You will deliver excellent results, through project management, communications, innovation, and engagement, which align with the strategic objectives of the Regulatory Services Group and our vision to be a world-leading innovative AML system that operates with integrity and makes a difference.

As part of Regulatory Services in Policy and Regulation you will have the opportunity to contribute to supporting the safety, wellbeing and success of New Zealand communities, and provide advice and support to our Ministers in Government.

   » Proven skills in applying risk identification and management principles to an operational or policy environment.
   » The capability to communicate with credibility, develop effective relationships and convey complex information to a variety of audiences
   » Excellent critical reasoning skills, well-developed intuition about appropriate approaches and the capability to deal with sensitive issues.
   » The capability to lead and manage projects, and mentor and coach others.
