They need people who are passionate about sustainability and ethically sourced materials as they are. Our client is looking for 10x Customer Service Agents to work in their support office, which is based in Christchurch CBD, for a 6-8-week project starting May 30th. Their office is a safe place and a hub of knowledge for the brand, you will not be short of information or banter! It is important that like our client, you are outgoing, forward-thinking and passionate about providing number one service! Think this is the company you are destined to be a part of? » Rostered days between Monday-Saturday. » Shifts are 8 hours and can be 8.30am-5.00pm, 10.30am-7.00pm or 12.30pm-9.00pm. » Occasional Saturday shifts are 8.30am-5.00pm. » Located in the heart of the CBD in a new, modern office. » Customer service position which will include call handling, email response and chat box. » Learning product knowledge about fashionable outdoor clothing. What you need to apply: » 2x work references. » Previous experience in a fast paced, customer-based role. » Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. » Must be able to commit to the above shift timings and be available fulltime, for the duration of the whole project. » Applicants for this position should also have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
