Reporting to the Team Leader for Technical Support, the Technical Helpdesk Representative will provide exceptional customer service over the phone, build, and maintain relationships with customers, provide Level 1 technical support, maintain and improve technical knowledge and use self-management to ensure all requests are up to date. All training is provided,, as well as continuous support and upskilling. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE » Six months or more of call centre experience is preferred (However, if you believe you have the aptitude for this position, we may still consider your application). » Technical Support Experience, is a bonus!! » At least intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products, we need you to be a whizz kid. » Outstanding written and oral communication » You must work well in a large busy fast paced team. » Sound organizational skills This is a fabulous opportunity to get some well regarded experience working for a leading NZ company.
