The prosperous applicant will have a passion for creating memorable audience practices of the highest quality and will inspire and co-ordinate a team of AAF Volunteer Hosts. AAF is a globally recognised celebration of art and culture taking place each March in New Zealand's largest city. Presented annually, the 18-day event celebrates people and culture, and showcases the cultural diversity and vibrant energy of T?maki Makaurau/Auckland. As Audience practice Manager, your function will be to identify the key touch points in the audience journey and proactively work with the AAF team to ensure a great audience practice is delivered though out the duration of AAF2023. The best person for the job will have practice in end-to-end customer/visitor service, preferably in the arts and/or events management sectors, leading and rostering teams, be an excellent and friendly communicator and have the capability to work well in a team while under pressure in a busy festival environment. The function of Audience practice Manager is a full-time, fixed term contract from a negotiated start date in mid-January 2023 to Friday 14 April 2023.
