We are seeking for Service Desk Analyst and Desktop Support Engineers for contracting opportunities in Auckland CBD. You will be joining existing teams to assist users in a large enterprise corporate settings with setting up files, applications and new laptop deployments.

To be prosperous for this function, you will need to have the following technical expertise:
   » Windows 10 OS
   » MS Office Suite
   » O365
   » New Laptop deployment
   » Strong ITIL practice
   » Strong incident management practice
   » CCNA or MCSE or similar certification would be advantageous
Other key requirements for these functions include:
   » capability to hit the ground running
   » capability to identify issues and articulate them to the team leader
   » Must be available to start a new function within 1 week
   » Must have the right to work in NZ
   » Must have 2-3 years service desk practice and/ or Desktop Support practice supporting large corporate clients
   » Clear communication expertise
   » Professional presentation
   » A customer service focus
