This could be a Business Analyst who has worked on delivering change (alongside a Change Manager), or could be someone who has come through a different track to work on change implementation work.This is a hands on function to enable prosperous delivery of the business change analysis and implementation. To be prosperous in this function you will have practice in: » Supporting change management at the organisational level. This will require an knowledge of organisational design » Development of Business Change Impact Assessments (CIA), i.e. you will need to identify and analyse the gap between current and future state and then develop the change impact assessment for each business unit area » Analyses will need to be undertaken across the 5 following key areas: Data, Technology, Policy, Processes and People (i.e. workforce analysis) continuing analyses to ensure that the CIA remains the same » Development of Business Readiness Plans. Evaluating business readiness state and helping to support end user readiness. Identifying and helping to manage anticipated resistance » Running workshops and delivering workshop outputs To be succesful in the function, you will have the capability to draw information from the SMEs and will also have excellent documentation expertise.
