Bring your skills to implement and support solutions and initiatives that help the organisation to achieve its' strategy and goals. The Learning Advisor delivers expert advice and guidance, and designs and delivers quality learning and development (L&D) solutions that address targeted behaviour changes across our organisation. A key responsibility in this function will be to provide advice and guidance on capcapability build, and to scope, plan and deliver capcapability build solutions, as required for the project. Be part of a skilled, collaborative team of L&D and OD specialists who deliver across a large and complex organisation. The function is offered full time for 6 months. Your established adult learning practice, specifically in instructional design for blended delivery will help you to excel in this function. You'll also need knowledge of performance drivers, skills in action mapping, and strong, wide-ranging communication skills. practice gained from working in project teams, maintaining great relationships across the board, and influencing stakeholders will be key to your success. While you do not need to build online learning for this function, skills in authoring using Articulate storyline and/or working with external suppliers is beneficial. practice working in large, complex organisations on a range of L&D initiatives and solutions will be highly advantageous. Given the short-term nature of the position and complex nature of our organisation, you will need to be a self-starter, resilient, delivery-focused, adaptable, and a quick learner.
