This is a varied function where you will support the Office Manager with day-to-day administration needs. » Part-time. About 25 hours per week. » General reception tasks – answering phones, greeting clients, etc. » Scheduling meetings, and booking appointments » Managing social media accounts » Organising team events all over the year (this group likes to have fun!) » Organising vehicle maintenance for all company vehicles (WOFs, Registrations, etc.) » Keeping office stocked (supplies, coffee, milk, etc.) this function has the potential to develop and expand with time.
