The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join our team and take over the accounts side of the business. We have two prosperous businesses, a recruitment and contracting business, plus an Employer of Record business. We're after someone used to working in a flexible way, and happy to be hands-on as well as helping with some strategy work when required. In addition to accounts work, we also run a weekly and monthly payroll, so you'll need to make sure that goes without a hitch. Your expertise Preference is for someone qualified, although we would consider Somebody without quals. You'll need to be familiar with Xero, as one business has Information technology in place whilst one needs Information technology implemented. We run Employment Hero as our payroll, so practice with that would be valuable, although not imperative, but payroll practice is necessary. Your Situation We are not after someone who is between jobs or looking for another opportunity, as we want someone long-term to work alongside the business. This would ideally suit someone semi-retired, someone re-entering the workforce and happy to work part-time, perhaps alongside other work. We're not after a firm, but a self-employed contractor on an continuing basis.
