Portfolio ManagerNational Office, Wellington locatedAs a Portfolio Manager for a service portfolio you will be responsible for managing the workflow, the flow of the portfolio progress, analysing the portfolio funnel, and identifying investment in the portfolio backlog. You will support the decision making about value of epics to progress and lead Programme Increment (PI) planning for the portfolio, whilst prioritising portfolio epics located on MSD, Service Delivery, and portfolio priorities. You will work closely with the Group General Manager. Responsibilities for this function include: • Day to day management of the portfolio work programme ensuring prosperous delivery of value through new capcapability and services. • Managing the portfolio budget and completion of monthly portfolio reporting against budget, objectives, risks, and issues. • Seeking implementation change with Service Delivery managers, Information technology and other portfolio teams. You will have good communication expertise, both verbal and written with a expertise of implementation change. You will have expertise of scaled agile techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling portfolio programmes, including risk management.
