About the function:
 
They are looking for a People Leader / Team Leader who has managed a team of business analysts and is familiar with service design. This organisation in an Agile transformation phase.  practice in guiding and supporting the team through these changes will be highly valuable.
 
About you:
 
   » Team Leader Business Analysis & Service Design
   » Supporting Enterprise Portfolio Delivery
   » Managing and developing a team of Analysts and Designers that can support and deliver on the business needs
   » Manages the overall operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities for their cost centre
   » Work with the Manager Business Analysis & Service Design to build a robust discipline strategy
   » Take ownership of and drive strategic initiatives in line with the discipline strategy
   » Set roadmap for strategic initiatives and monitors and reports on the progress against the agreed roadmap
   » Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management expertise
