Site Administrator - Fixed TermLocation DunedinOtago Job type Full Time Salary to Category Administration > Administration » Fixed Term Contract » Reputable Company » Full Time This is a fixed term contract, approximately 26 weeks or more and will begin the 4th of October. This is an incredibly varied role that requires organisational skills and a good understanding of both general administration and accounts administration. As part of a busy team, you will be aiding in the management of office incomings as well as supporting various departments administratively through maintenance of records and data entry. You will also be required to review and update financial information, process invoices and monitor accounts payable, credit invoicing and accounts receivable. To be successful in this role, you will need: » Minimum 5 years in an administration/account's role » SAP Competency (training will be provided) » Advanced understanding of Microsoft Suite » Proven time management and organisational skills » A desire to deliver results quickly and efficiently What we can provide: » 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday » A flexible schedule between 8:30 AM and 5 PM » Weekly Pay » The opportunity to work for a national leader in their industry Does this sound like you?
