To support our organisation in achieving its objectives and provide effective planning and operational oversight of Council's waste and drainage projects We are seeking for an practiced Civil Works Delivery Engineer to work within our Waste and Drainage Department.With a number of continuing projects as well as some exciting developments ahead, our ideal candidate will have had practice delivering high quality projects on time and within budget as well as providing specialist support on the provision of project and contract management services. Developing highly effective working relationships and partnering with internal and external stakeholders will also be critical to ensure success in this function. To be considered for this opportunity candidates will need to demonstrate: » Sound project and contract management expertise all over all phases from initiation to closure, including: Project Integration Management, Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Communication Management, Risk Management, Procurement Management. » practice in Civil, 3 Waters (specifically wastewater and stormwater). » expertise of performance of modern construction materials. » Familiarity in Construction Health and Safety and Traffic management requirements. » Tertiary Engineering or Science degree, CPEng preferred. » Excellent analytical and problem solving expertise. » capability to form effective and sustainable working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
