About the Position:
This 4 day a week administration function would suit an Administration whizz who has a natural knack with numbers. You will be responsible for a range of finance and insurance related administrative tasks, so you’ll be super process driven and will have an exceptional capability to pick up on the finer details. You’ll be working Saturday through to Tuesday, so will be in a position to make this function work for your lifestyle! Plenty of opportunity to prove yourself and develop with a strong, thriving business.
Please only apply should you be able to commit to working the 4 days (Sat-Tues) weekly.
On the daily, you can expect to kept busy with a range of tasks such as:
• Completing vehicle purchasing documentation
• Dealing with customers via phone and email
• Liaising with customers to ensure purchase agreements meet criteria
• General Finance and Insurance administration
• Offering customers products most suited to them
• Actioning general sales support and administrative tasks
• Assisting with any general ad-hoc operations support
