This role will start as temporary role with a high chance of gaining permanent employment. This role is a Monday-Friday, full time role. In this role, your key tasks will be: » Coordinating and managing all incoming job requests » Producing job sheets on workshop m5 software » Ringing external suppliers to place part orders » Booking in services for the internal workshop and external jobs » Processing, receipting and checking of PO's » Communicating with internal staff and taking requests for parts About you: » Excellent communication with both internal and external parties » Experience with Microsoft office suite and computer software » A natural people person with the ability to build robust relationships quickly » Previous experience in an administrative role » Process orientated with effect time management skills » Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information » Mechanical or automotive parts knowledge Is desirable but not essential If this sounds like the role for you apply NOW and an Adecco consultant will be in touch.
