Are you keen for a challenge? The Balle Bros team are hiring for the upcoming harvest season. We are seeking for junior, Intermediate and senior operators. If you enjoy working with machinery in a team environment, you’re a team player and don’t mind putting in the hard yards to get the job done come and join us.  All you need is a good attitude, good driving capability and availability to learn.    »The position:
·         Work in a team operating tractors to carry out jobs including but not limited to:
Bin Trailer, Onion Lifting and Irrigation.
 
   »Attributes/practice:
·         practice in driving tractors (preferable but not essential) additional training can be provided
·         Fit and active and able to work cooperatively with others
·         Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
·         Flexible with working days and hours to ensure harvest programme is met
·         Working all over the Franklin region
·         Strong consciousness for health and safety
