For you » Work alongside some of the best in the business » Great management support » Competitive salary and package » Permanent full-time role » Growth Opportunities The role To manage all aspects of the residential and commercial glazing projects that you are responsible for, including building relationships with commercial customers and providing one point of contact. Project Management » Review the project plans and specifications on the project design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential execution problems. » Inform the Customer of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the design drawings. » Prepare, Monitor and maintain the project delivery schedule daily. » Prepare weekly sub-contractor charge schedules Health and Safety » Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced. » Participate in any internal and external Quality Assurance / Control programs as required. » Comply with all company Health & Safety requirements » Any other duties as required. Looking for » Tertiary qualification in a construction / project management or related field. » Intermediate / advanced user level for MS Office, MS Project and other PM / Planning tools » Minimum 3 Years' experience as a Project Manager on new builds and industrial projects » Experience managing procurement of providers and contracts » In depth knowledge NZ H&S legislation » Excellent communication skills verbal and written » Strong customer focus and commercial savvy Would you like to work for a market leader?
