This known commercial construction company are about to tackle their one of their latest projects. A modern and sophisticated apartment build with commercial office tenancies included. They are an efficient operation and not bound by corporate hierarchy. Decisions are made quickly, they focus on building a high-performance team that love what they do and celebrate their success.

This is an opportunity for a qualified structural engineer with site-located practice to grow with a commercial construction company. this function has a high level of responsibility and has excellent prospects for advancement to project management.

You will be working closely with project managers and site managers providing significant back up and support. The function will involve, reviewing drawings, reviewing methodologies, inspecting sites liaising with sub-contractors and planning, scheduling, QA and providing technical engineering advice.

this function would suit an applicant with 8+ years of structural and reinforced concrete practice either gained in a consultancy or a main contractor and with significant civil engineering tertiary qualifications. You have outstanding analytical capability and strong CAD expertise. You have an interest in working for a sizable main contractor where your preference is on site. You have top local construction expertise, naturally you are an effective communicator.

this function comes with an outstanding remuneration package, $120K - $150K package.
