Hours are Mon-Fri and generally between 30-40 hours / week once season starts fully. functions could be prepping and extracting honey boxes or processing honey into jars for retail sales. No practice neccessary, as full training given on all extraction and processing equipment. Suit a couple or friends who would like to spend summer in sunny Nelson. Full self contained and furnished accomodation on site and available for subsidised rent.
