About the company
Our client is a large, public-sector organisation and this function is located in their HQ in Wellington CBD. This organisation is responsible of the well-being of Aotearoa / New Zealand and play a significant part for improving the lives of people in New Zealand. About the function The project support analyst will be responsible for programme and project management support and guidance. You will work within a collaborative of analysts reporting directly into the Programme and Project Practice and Support Manager. You will also be responsible for providing specialist support to on the application of Agile and other project methodologies. You will have the opportunity to work provide direct advise and support around 40 very high scale projects.

   »  Responsible for giving advice and support on the use of agile methodologies such as SAFe
   »  Providing oversight to support the prosperous use of agile methods
   »  Go to for support and training in using agile methods and tools
   »  Develop and adhere to work plans, ensuring schedules are met within agreed time frames, cost allocations and performance level.
   »  Participate in planning and reviews to assist in prioritization of resources
   »  Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
 
expertise & practice
   »  capability to prioritize and get things done
   »  great written and verbal communication expertise with the capability to translate complex information
   »  Have the capability to influence and persuade others to accept a view
   »  NZ Government practice highly beneficial
   »  Agile and/or PRINCE2 or equivalent certificate
   »  Collaborative and approachable whilst being engaging
