Our Auckland Central located client is now looking for an practiced - Financial Customer Service Consultant to join their team on a Temporary Contract to run to get through the high volume for the busy season. The business is experiencing a vast backlog and requests within the home loan, lending and Kiwisaver capacity for the first home buyers and want to get people on board who really are invested in providing exceptional customer service the clients.
You will be joining their Inbound Contact Centre Team, being the first point of contact for the new and existing customers and attending to any queries they may have. They have an excellent office space, supportive environment and a convenient location. The business is experiencing a vast backlog and requests within the home loan, lending and Kiwisaver capacity for the first home buyers and want to get people on board who really are invested in providing exceptional customer service the clients.

tasks of the function:
   » Receive inbound calls from customers and assist them with their financial needs
   » Build strong and positive relationships with the customers
   » Maintain relationships with internal staff and callers
About the function:
   » Immediate Start for a short term contract
   » Auckland CBD located, close to public transport
   » Monday to Friday standard business hours
   » Supportive Team Environment
The right candidate must have:

   » Previous Customer Service practice within general banking , minimum 1 year
   » Availcapability to start immediately
   » Excellent Communication expertise
   » Clear and Well-spoken phone manner
   » Clear Credit History
   » High attention to detail
