Offer: Manager People Analytics and Insights:MinEducationJob description:Job DescriptionThis is an exciting function leading the delivery of high-quality People Capcapability analytics and insights.You will be responsible for leading your team to deliver high quality people-related analytics to internal and external customers, being able to draw out the key insights. Key customers will include Te Kawa Mataaho and Treasury as well as providing Ministry data as responses to Official Information Act requests, Parliamentary Questions, and Select Committee questions. this function will be key in leading the identification of trends, the comparison of Ministry data with other significant comparison groups, and making recommendations using both qualitative and qualitative analysis. In this function you will put in place a plan to deliver on your vision to take this function to the next level. To be prosperous in this function you will have a strong knowledge of HR analytics and the capability to lead the transformation of our people data into insights. You will have a strong customer focus, be responsive to business timeframes and be committed to continuously improving yourself and your team.
