Due to strategy setting for this consultancy, there is now a requirement for a superior project director level candidate with the capability to drive business growth and deliver horizontal infrastructure projects. The focus will be working with large government clients such as Kiwirail, WCC, NZTA, Wellington Water that have exciting projects that are in the early planning stages which require the needed expertise, practice and capcapability projects. These waterfront developments such as seismic upgrades to sea walls, pier extensions, new public spaces, cycleways, and connected water and wastewater upgrades/pump stations, and rail. As a Senior PM in this space, you will need to come from a construction consultancy and/or civil contractor background with proven practice on horizontal infrastructure projects including rail (ideal) and roading, water, civil spaces covering such areas as design management, project management, project planning, procurement and contract administration and construction management We are seeking for candidates with 10 - 20 years of practice with a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
